Huge Update! Bear's Den to Just after Delaware Water Gap.

Here's my feet in VA.

The original Washington Monument.

Diner food. The sweet tea was exceptional. The food, not so much.

First blueberry picking. Awesome.

This is one of the shelter journals. Read closely.

This is the mid-point of the trail!

Cousins!

We walked from the mountains in the distance across the whole valley today.

Looking down to Duncannon, PA.

On the road to Harrisburg for the ball game.

The infamous (and fantastic) Doyle.

Me and Tarzan looking bad-ass outside the quickie mart.

Iron in the water.

Port Clinton.

My meal! Woah.

Here's Dragons Breath trying to get his stuck food bag down.

Crazy Locals.

This is the trail.

This is the trail.

The old zinc mine. This is a superfund site.

This is the trail. (And thus PA's reputation as incredibly rocky)

Dad will tell everyone what this is. (It's a Scarlet Tanager, the reddest bird ever)

Delaware Water Gap.

Beaver Lodge. Cool.

First (and so far only, as of July 23) deer tick. It is not biting me.

Sunset.

Sunrise.

Highest point in New Jersey.

So happy to hear from you again, Ryan! You are making crazy progress, and eating more ice cream than I can really dream of. Your pictures continue to be spectacular, both of the small and of the large things. You take care of yourself, and find yourself a hot tub for your back. Hannah bought Jon Pikmin for his birthday, so we played and thought of you.
